Eligibility Requirements

Senior Citizen must have been resident of Delaware for the past five years
Senior Citizen must have resided in the home for the past twelve months
Senior Citizen must be owner on deed (will be proportionate to percentage of ownership)
Property eligible will be residence of applicant and no more than one acre of land upon which it is located and cannot be included in State of Delaware Farmland Assessment Act
