Harrington’s Most Wanted
The Harrington Police Department held their National Night Out on August 10, 2010. The Harrington Police would like to thank the Mayor, Council, City Manager, city employees, and volunteers in helping us to make the 2010 National Night out a success. We would also like to take the time to thank the businesses and citizens that donated items, time, or money to help achieve the goal of "Making a Difference" in our community.
The Harrington Police Department would like to remind kids about wearing their helmets while riding bicycles. State law requires any child under the age of 18 to wear a helmet. If a child is not wearing a helmet while riding a bicycle, the parent can be ticketed and the minimum fine is $25 for the first offense.
