All businesses located within City limits are required to hold a current year business license from the City. Businesses located outside of City limits, but conducting business within City limits, are required to hold a current year Contractor's license.

*Copy of Delaware business license and certificate of liability insurance required for processing and approval. Receipt of payment shall not be construed as license approval. Fee for license: $100 annually; license dates: January 1-December 31st of issued year. Renewal is required after December 31st.
