Upcoming Events & Information at the Harrington Public Library:
Labor Day Weekend Schedule: The library will be closed Saturday, September 4 and Monday ,September 6.
There will be no overdue charges for the 2 days the library is closed. While the library is closed, items may be returned by using the
Book Drop next to the front door. Regular hours resume on Tuesday, Sept. 7th.
Book Discussion: Starting September 9th you can pick-up a copy of "A Year in the World: Journeys of a Passionate Traveler" by Frances Mayes to read for our October Book Discussion. On October 19th groups will meet to talk about this wonderful book ! You can choose to join the group at 2:00 p.m. or the second group which meets at 6:00 p.m. Refreshments will be served.

AARP Driver Safety training / September 22 & 23 - 1:00 till 5:00 in the library meeting room. To register or for information call Mr. Pellegrino at 398-8275.
PROGRAM: September 30 @ 6:00 p.m. - "Bonnie Jones' Little Critters" Fun for the whole family!
STORYTIME at the library is every Wednesday at 10:45 a.m. and includes a take home craft. Storytime is for preschoolers, but babies and toddlers are welcome to come enjoy the story as well!
The library has eight public use computers for patrons. Need to use a computer to job search, check your email, write up a resume, or reconnect with your friends and family? Using our public access computers is free! Don't have a library card and need to use the computer? Come down to the library with your photo ID (with current address) and ask if you can sign up for one!
