Quality of Life Unit
Deputy Chief Keith B. Shyers is in command of this unit.
This unit was developed in January 2006 and was designed to investigate all narcotic investigations, and traffic enforcement in areas that are heavily traveled. This unit is under the command of Deputy Chief Keith B. Shyers and has been very successful in the arrest and prosecution of drug dealers and drug users making our city a safer place to visit and reside.
